Founded by Yo No Se frontman, Al Studer in 2012, Stolen Body Records is an independent record label based in Bristol, UK. Representing psych, hard rock, doom, garage and music that takes our fancy from bands worldwide, including Slift, Vinnum Sabbathi, Earth Tongue, Moonwalks and many many more.

In 2014 came Astral Festival (formally known as Bristol Psych Festival). Curated to showcase bands signed to the label and local talent, the festival quickly outgrew its origins at The Stag & Hounds and ran for six years across multiple music venues across the city. The biggest psych fest of its kind in the South West, it attracted artists including Night Beats, Thurston Moore, Mattiel, Bo Ningen, Slift. Gnod, The Gories, Ron Gallo and lots, lots more.
2022 saw the return of Astral Festival VII at Bristol’s newest independent venue, Strange Brew. After 2 sold out days and 22 bands it’s safe to say our return has been a success. Hop over to our festival website for more details!
